Welcome to the exciting members only section of Purposeful Fitness. Please look around the site and get to know each area and how it can personally help you.

To begin with, I would recommend the following action items -

1. Go on to the Forum Page and introduce yourself in the new members section. Share your goals and stories with everyone as this is the place that we all share common ground with.

2. Go to Workout of the Month and run through the current month’s workout along with the archived sessions. If you have a question regarding the workout or perhaps anything to do with training, weight loss etc then please post a question on the Forum Page

3. Go and download the exercise archives – look for updates as we add them in on a regular basis Purposeful Fitness Exercise Archives

4. Take a look at our Goal Setting & Mental Training Pages - everything you need to keep you motivasted and focused.

5. Make yourself familiar with the Stretching / Cool-down part of the site where you learn the best way to finish off a great training session. Download the pdf archive of Stretching to help you along.

6. Mouth Watering Healthy Recipes available and added on a conitnual basis – feel free to post a favourite recipe you woulf love to share!
